A Resolution for the Formal and Complete Disqualification of KELLY LYNN VANHORN from Party Endorsement, Recognition, and the Utilization of All Party Resources.
WHEREAS KELLY LYNN VANHORN was not a registered Republican on or before January 31st, 2025.
WHEREAS KELLY LYNN VANHORN, according to North Carolina State Board of Elections records, officially changed her Party Affiliation from DEMOCRAT to REPUBLICAN on September 29th, 2025.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the NC 8th District Republican Party hereby fully and formally DISQUALIFIES KELLY LYNN VANHORN from RECOGNITION, ENDORSEMENT, and the UTILIZATION OF PARTY RESOURCES.
As formally presented, reviewed, and adopted by the NC 8th District Republican Party on this 7th day of February 2026.
